15-day tour - Ride with us from Calais and explore Slovenia, ‘Bosnia and Herzegovina’, Croatia and Montenegro.
Some of the most incredible roads in Europe, in 15 days we take you from the UK, through the lion's share of the Black Forest, over the staggering Grossglockner High Alpine Road in Austria and down through Slovenia, ‘Bosnia and Herzegovina’ and out to the Croatia Coast. From here we offer the option of exploring a day off in Dubrovnik or for those who can't get enough 'bike' we ride down to Montenegro and ascend the Serpentine.
We start our return riding north along the majestic Dalmatia coast road Once ridden, forever smitten.
Our return home is then via the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road, Stuttgart before relaxing for a night in Beautiful Bruges in preparation for crossing back to the UK.

Friday 25th June - We at our RV point before crossing the English Channel. If you are new to Le Shuttle, your Moto Ventura Guide will help you through the check-in at Le Shuttle. This gives you a chance to meet your Moto Ventura team along with your fellow riders. Leaving the tunnel in France we have a short 15 minute ride to our hotel where your team will brief riders on the timetable and details of the next few days.
Saturday 26th June - We ride from Calais to the top of the Black Forest blowing off the cobwebs riding as a group or if preferred, riders can head off at their own pace. Our City Centre hotel in Baden-Baden is perfectly located for a very short walk to the restaurants nearby while your motorcycle snoozes quietly in the hotels underground garage. This is a higher milage day to get us towards the good stuff early.

Sunday 27th June - We journey through the lions share of the Black Forest before following the northern edge of Lake Constance and to our hotel close to the Austrian border and Tyrollean Mountains. The twists and turns of the Black Forest will warm those tyres while you get to know more about your fellow riders.

Monday 28th June - We head east warming up the tyres and the eye balls as the scenary gets more and more 'Alpine'. Superb twists and turns with stunning lakes and mountains envelope the group with some very pleasing coffee/lunch stops - We dare you not to smile as we criss-cross between Germany and Austria.

Tuesday 29th June - A day of wonder, we travel south over the mighty Grossglockner High Alpine Pass, a beautiful and serene high alpine pass with views that you have to see to believe. Continuing south into Slovenia we experience riding in the countries amazing National Parks and find out why the area is raved about among travellers. A very special day with jaw dropping scenery straight out of an adventure book. Our hotel is in the Medieval Slovenian town of Škofja Loka.

Wednesday 30th June - We really get into the western Balkans and leaving Slovenia, we cross a section of Croatia and head into ‘Bosnia and Herzegovina’. A feast for the eyes and the tyres ensure another packed day of riding for our first night in Bosnia at Banja Luka, a city surrounded by dense forest.

Thursday 1st July - A relatively shorter day we remain in ‘Bosnia and Herzegovina’ throughout and absorb the wonders riding from Banja Luka to Sarajevo. The shorter day ensures we have time to enjoy the sights, sounds and culture of this 15th century city and the capital of ‘Bosnia and Herzegovina’

Friday 2nd July - Oh boy! It just keeps getting better and we ride from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik, Croatia via the town of Mostar and the iconic Mostar Bridge, a powerful symbol of the Bosnia War. Continuing South West we cross the border into Croatia, and over the Pelješac Bridge, which was opened to traffic in July 2022 which we had the pleasure of riding over a few short weeks after its opening, on our last visit to Croatia.
We arrive at the luxurious Hotel Lapad in Dubrovnik, where we stay for the next two nights.

Saturday 3rd July - Decisions, decisions. A day off the bike in Dubrovnik or grab the chance for another exciting day on two wheels. For those wishing to rest, the old city Dubrovnik awaits with the wonders of the walled city and its many hidden gems, some of which appeared in the TV series, Game of Thrones where the city was used extensively for film locations. For those no content with a day off the bikes, we ride down the coast into Montenegro and Kotor Bay where we introduce riders to the 'beauty and the beast' locally known as the Serpentine, a twisting series of hairpins ascending to a small cafe/coffee stop where successful riders can enjoy the jaw dropping view over Kotor Bay. Forewarning, this route is booming increasing popular for tourists and we may encounter some large luxury coaches on the hairpins. It is all part of the Serpentine experience.
Approx 125 mile round trip for those wishing to experience the Serpentine. 0 miles for those wishing to chill!
Sunday 4th July - One word springs to mind to describe the next couple of days riding up the Adriatic Coast of Croatia - WOW!
Today is the first of our coastal rides along this staggering road which surely must feature as one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. We leave Dubrovnik and head north to Split where our beachside hotel is waiting to ensure maximum exposure to this stunning coast. Along with the stunning coast, this day will see the team ride highest road in Croatia, the Bilkovo rising from the sea level to 1762 metres to the summit of the Sveti Jure (St George) mountain enrolee conquering the Skywalk BIOKOVO This road rewards riders with a view you will never forget! Weather dependant of course. We then descend back to the coast before continuing on to our beachside accommodation complete with rooftop swimming pool.

Monday 5th July - Split to Opatija. 220 miles of more stunning coastline (with a tiny bit of empty motorway to get us around a bottle neck) ensure we enjoy the final of our full Croatia Coast days to the max! Our hotel in Opatija is perfectly placed to relax and enjoy the vibrant coastal vista.

Tuesday 6th July - Leaving Opatija and leaving Croatia behind us we once again dive into a little Slovenia and divine twisties before heading west into Italy and through some of the glorious Dolomite region. Our italian accommodations has us near to the Austrian border rather for a special border crossing.

Wednesday 7th July - Big miles today as we leave italy via the Timmelsjoch and cross Austria into Germany where we take full advantage of the Autobahn to high tail it to our hotel near Maikammer. A big day required to get us back within striking distance of the UK in the allowed time.

Thursday 8th July - More progress needed today and from Germany we ride into Belgium and on to Bruges via Antwerp

Friday 9th July - Our final day together and we head to the Channel Tunnel Calais for our crossing back to the UK.
